All products are shipped via UPS directly to the customer from my professional lab. Ground shipping (2-5 days) is $6, and overnight shipping is $10 anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. A longer delivery time may be necessary for print sizes 24×36 and larger, and for shipping to a post office box. Please provide accurate shipping information to ensure your artwork arrives at its intended destination.
Customers also have the option to pick up their order in Springfield, Nebraska at no charge. Allow up to two weeks for order fulfillment.

My lab does a terrific job of packaging orders and it’s extremely rare for a print to arrive with damage. If this happens to your order please email me right away and include a photo or two showing the damage.
It’s very important to me that you are completely satisfied with your artwork investment. If for some reason you are not, please contact me within one week of receiving your item. If necessary we can arrange an exchange or refund.
In order to receive a refund you must return the item at your expense and use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. I cannot issue a refund for items not received or items that arrive damaged.
Your privacy is extremely important to you and to me, and I will use your personal information only to fulfill your order. All payment transactions are processed securely through PayPal, and I never see customer payment information.
